We ship to all 50 states, US territories and possessions as well as APO/FPO addresses.

Services Explained
Ground Advantage - Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (4-8 business days average transit)
Priority Mail - Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days average transit, signature NOT required)
Priority Signature - Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days transit, signature REQUIRED
Restricted Delivery - Requires photo ID matching the name on the shipping label
Rush Processing - Moves your order into the expedited packing group so the order is processed for shipment faster. This option does not eliminate the one week shipping hold due to payment via check and it does not speed up the carrier transit time as that is out of Monarch's control.
Additional Shipping Information
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment.
Orders paid via personal check and bill pay check will encounter an additional 5 to 7 business day shipping hold while we wait for your payment to clear.
All orders over $199.99 will require a signature for delivery.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or postal holidays.

If your order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged with full or partial loss of contents, simply contact us via phone or email. Our hassle free, premium insurance coverage means that you do not have to waste time standing in the line at the post office or waiting on hold to speak to an insurance adjuster. Monarch takes care of all of the paperwork and communication with the insurance company and provides you with a prompt refund or a replacement according to your preference. Please note that insurance coverage only extends to packages in transit – once USPS scans the label as "Delivered" our coverage ceases. Coverage does not extend to packages stolen from your mailbox or porch after delivery.
